"First of all thanks for taking the time and interest in cycling and safe cycling in our City.
I beleieve that we as a City must reinstate regular funding for cycling in our City. We, as you note are far behind other major cities.
In the rural area, I am always disappointed at the lack of funding for paving shoulders of arterial roads that are being repaved. It is a real shame.
In Osgoode Ward, we are starting construction on 22 km multi-use pathway that will certainly go a long way to providing safe cycling."
